The Parramatta National Rugby League Club commissioned a research Report in 2022 through Gemba. The Junior Rugby League Stakeholder Research Report was released in June 2022.
One of the recommendations from the Report was to develop, agree, and commence implementation of a focused Junior League Strategic Plan.
This process commenced in February 2023, when a Strategic Plan Sub-Committee was formed. The Sub-Committee had a charter and met on three occasions to discuss the content of the document which is to detail the way forward for the Parramatta Junior Rugby League.
The Draft 2023-2025 Strategic Plan was then endorsed by the Parramatta Junior Rugby League Board and the Parramatta National Rugby League Board.
The 27 affiliated Clubs were provided with the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan a fortnight ago and today it is released publicly for your information.
The 2023-2025 Strategic Plan focuses on the 8 pillars identified in the Junior Rugby League Stakeholder Research Report.
