To celebrate the NRL’s Multicultural Round, the Parramatta Eels have launched a suite of free classroom resources for schools across Western Sydney and beyond.
The resources are designed to help teachers engage students in important conversations around respect, inclusion, identity, and culture, both on and off the field. Available for teachers of all year levels, the education pack includes lesson plans, activities and discussion prompts that align with the values of the game and the vibrant cultural diversity of the Parramatta community.
Our goal is to use the power of sport to connect with young people in meaningful ways. Multicultural Round is a great opportunity to celebrate identity and belonging, and these resources give teachers simple tools to bring those conversations into the classroom.
This initiative builds on the club’s growing portfolio of non-sport community programs, with nearly 50% of local schools now engaging through education and social impact initiatives.
How to Access the Resources
