In 2024 we launched a game-changing initiative that brought our community together on and off the field. Our inaugural boot swap event saw over $12,000 worth of football boots donated to support junior players upgrade to a larger size for the new season. Now we’re back for another year to ensure the rugby league community have the kit they need to be champions of the game.
This unique swap event not only promotes the spirit of community but also helps reduce the cost of participating in sport and contributes to a sustainable future.
We’re calling on all Eels fans to donate their pre-loved, good condition boots to provide a junior the opportunity to upsize their boots ready for next playing season.
Boot swap bins will be located in the Commbank Stadium precinct at Gate B next to the Parra Play activation.
