The Eels silenced a sold-out Warriors home crowd in a spirited 30-20 victory across the ditch.

Clint Gutherson showed his class in his strongest performance of the season, posting a try, try assist, 225 run metres, several try-saving tackles and five goals with no misses.
Dylan Brown assisted two second-half tries to send the Eels on their way to victory, while Daejarn Asi scored a crucial four-pointer.
Brendan Hands was a rock in defence with a game-high 45 tackles, and Joey Lussick came from the bench to cross the stripe.
Jake Tago and Blaize Talagi rounded out the scoring for the Eels, capping off a proud night for the Blue & Gold.
Three late Warriors tries added respectability to a scoreline which did not reflect Parramatta's domination of the match.
The Eels were under pressure in the early stages, having to defend their line for extended periods and temporarily losing Brendan Hands for a head injury assessment.
The visitors kept their composure, and struck the Warriors with the opening two tries in quick succession.
A perfectly executed backline play saw Jake Tago dive over in the corner, and Clint Gutherson converted from the sideline to make it 6-0 after 18 minutes.

Moments later, the Eels lead was doubled when Joey Lussick muscled over next to the posts to leave the home crowd shellshocked.
The hosts hit back through Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, before a crucial try to Daejarn Asi just before the break put the Eels in a commanding position.
Clint Gutherson kept the goal-line defence guessing as he drifted across the field, before delivering a pinpoint short pass to a hard-running Asi, who sliced through and kickstarted Blue & Gold celebrations.

With his third successful conversion, Gutherson sent the Eels to the sheds with an 18-6 lead.
The second half started out a cagey affair, before Dylan Brown took matters into his own hands to help Parramatta explode into a big lead.
On the 60-minute mark, Brown flirted with the Warriors defence before putting the ball on the chest of Blaize Talagi, who busted through the defence and dash 20 metres to score.
Moments later, Brown cut through the defence himself from inside his own half before linking up with Clint Gutherson on his inside. The Eels skipper did the rest and got Parramatta’s party underway.

The Warriors pulled back three consolation tries in the final 10 minutes to add respectability to the scoreboard, but did little to dampen the Eels’ spirits.
The Eels return to Australia with a crucial two competition points ahead of the upcoming Battle of the West at CommBank Stadium.
