The Parramatta Eels have updated their squad to face the Gold Coast Titans at Cbus Super Stadium on Saturday.
Lorenzo Mulitalo is in line to become Eel #849 as he prepares for his NRL debut.
Jake Tago and Charlie Guymer, who each made their NRL debut last week, join Mulitalo in the starting line-up.
Daejarn Asi returns to the side in the absence of NSW Origin halfback Mitchell Moses.
Reagan Campbell-Gillard is set to make his 100th NRL appearance for the Eels.
