The showcase incorporated celebrations of several cultures which are core to the Eels' DNA, including Indigenous Australia, Asia and Pasifika.
Guests were invited to learn and participate in cultural dances and hymns, including the Isa Lei (Fiji), Siva Tau (Samoa), Haka (Māori), and Tau'olunga (Tonga).
Among the overwhelming attendance was a number of Eels players, including J'maine Hopgood, Joe Ofahengaue, Kennedy Cherrington, Morgan Harper and Rueben Cherrington.
The Eels will continue their celebrations of culture throughout Harmony Week and Multicultural Round, culminating in the NRL match at CommBank Stadium on Sunday.
Parramatta Eels respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
