Brown to miss two weeks of the competition

Parramatta Eels lock Nathan Brown will miss the Eels upcoming Round Seven clash against the Canberra Raiders, and also the Round Eight clash against the North Queensland Cowboys after having his charge unsuccessfully downgraded at the NRL Judiciary tonight.

Brown was seeking to have the charge downgraded to a Grade 1 High Tackle – Careless, which would see him free to play the next fortnight, however his attempt to have his charge downgraded was unsuccessful meaning he will miss the Eels next two games.

Eels Head Coach Brad Arthur will update his Round Seven team list later in the week.
