Members Cap and Item Collection
2020 Eels Members can collect their Member Cap and Member Choice Item (if applicable) at Round 1. Members can pick their items up from the Membership Marquee outside Gate B. Please bring your Voucher or Membership Card when picking up your items. The Membership team recommends Eels Members pick up their items early to avoid the queue.
Getting to the Game
The Parramatta Eels can’t wait to return to Bankwest Stadium after a great 2019 season! We highly recommend Eels fans arrive at the ground early on Thursday as we are anticipating a large crowd for our match against the Bulldogs!
Public Transport
Parramatta Eels Members and fans will benefit with transport included in all games at Bankwest Stadium! All NRL games will include travel to and from Parramatta on public transport. Bankwest Stadium is as short 10-minute walk from the Parramatta Transport Interchange in the Parramatta CBD.
An accessible shuttle bus service for patrons with a disability or mobility impairments will run between Parramatta Interchange and the Stadium. The shuttle will pick up and drop off customers on Argyle Street and on O’Connell Street outside of the Parramatta Leagues Club.

Parking
The Eels heavily advise utilising the free public transport to attend the opening game of the 2020 season at Bankwest Stadium. If you would like to drive to the game you can park at the Parramatta Leagues Club. Please note there are very limited spots available in the car park and we recommend arriving as early as possible to secure a spot.
Pricing for the car park is dependent on if you are a Leagues Club Member (not a Football Club Member).
Leagues Club Member - More than 3 hours prior to main event commencement
- Insert your Membership card at the Car Park entrance to gain entry.
- Validate the same Membership card with spend in the Club: Spend $15* throughout the Club and swipe the same Membership card used to enter the Car Park with purchase for all day parking. Then insert this Membership card at the boom gate to exit the Car Park and the points you earned will allow you to exit.
Or
Pay $10: Insert the same Membership card used to enter the Car Park at the pay station (opposite Clubshop), pay $10 and you will be issued a validated Car Park ticket for all day parking. Then insert your validated Car Park ticket at the boom gate to exit.
Leagues Club Member - More than 3 hours prior to main event commencement
- Insert your Membership card at the Car Park entrance to access the Car Park.
- Pay $20: Insert the same Membership card used to enter the Car Park at the pay station (opposite Clubshop), pay $20 and you will be issued a validated Car Park ticket for all day parking. Then insert your validated Car Park ticket at the boom gate to exit.
Visitors (Non-Leagues Club Members)
- Take a ticket to access the Car Park.
- Pay $30: Insert your ticket at the pay station (opposite Clubshop), pay $30 for all day parking. Then Insert your ticket at the boom gate to exit the Car Park.

Ticketing & Membership Assistance
After a great 2019 season we are expecting a large crowd for our clash with the Bulldogs, so please make sure you arrive nice and early to ensure that you don’t miss any of the action.
The Membership Team will be located externally and internally at Bankwest Stadium, where they will be present at the Member Service Outlet located at Gate D & in the Membership Marquee outside of Gate B. The Membership Team will be able to assist Members with any queries that they might have.
Furthermore, our Fan Experience Team will be there to assist Members with any questions or enquiries that you might have.
