Eels release Bevan French

The Parramatta Eels Club has tonight agreed to release Bevan French from the remainder of his playing contract to join Wigan in the English Super League.

The request from Bevan is subject to the finalisation of the necessary paperwork by the Club and NRL on Monday.

Bevan first signed with the Eels in 2013 and made his NRL debut in Round 12, 2016. The 23 year old has scored 35 tries in 47 first grade appearances.

In 2017 Bevan represented the Indigenous All Stars team against the World All Stars.

The Parramatta Eels Club wishes Bevan the best of luck in the future.
