Jennings enters early guilty plea

Parramatta Eels centre Michael Jennings has entered an early guilty plea for a Grade Two – Careless High Tackle following the Eels round one clash against the Penrith Panthers at Panthers Stadium on Sunday 17 March.

Jennings was charged by the Match Review Committee for a tackle on Panthers forward Isaah Yeo in the 54th minute of the clash.

The early guilty plea sees Jennings miss one week of the competition (the upcoming Eels round two clash against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at ANZ Stadium on Sunday 24 March) and will be available for selection when the Eels take on the Sydney Roosters in round three at ANZ Stadium on Friday 29 March.
