Pirtek Parramatta Eels interchange hooker Kaysa Pritchard says he's glad to have avoided time on the sidelines after being charged with a grade one careless high tackle.

"Thank God I didn't miss any games, it was just a few little bumps and bruises from last week's game, so I'm sweet to play," he said.

Kaysa says he's pumped to be back in the first grade side, despite the mixed results for the 2013 season.

"I'm just happy to be playing first grade; losing is hard to enjoy, but playing first grade is more than enough," he said.

"It's always been a goal, it's every footballer's goal. Just playing first grade is awesome, I'm loving it and enjoying every minute of it."

Pritchard says the boys are wary of taking on the Raiders on their home turf.

"Canberra is a good team, they're on a roll. We definitely have to watch their halves like Terry Campese, and Shillo, we'll have to do a big job on them in the middle and I'm sure the boys will put in a good effort after last week."
