The Pirtek Parramatta Eels have been notified that the club will be served with a breach notice and $10,000 fine for comments made by Head Coach Ricky Stuart following last Sunday nights round 6 match against the Gold Coast Titans.


The Pirtek Parramatta Eels and Head Coach Ricky Stuart wish to apologise for any offence taken from the language used in the post-match press conference.


The NRL has informed the club that it will be given 10 days to respond to the notice. The club will use that time to review the breach before making any further comment.
