Bookings for Season 2009 will be taken from 2 February 2009. We are not in a position to accept bookings or reservations until this time.

All birthday party applicants (the children who are celebrating their birthdays) must be either Season Ticket Holders, Blue and Gold Army supporters or Sparky’s JuniorEels supporters.

We have two packages available for game-day birthday parties at Parramatta Stadium.

The parties take place in the BBQ area behind the Ken Thornett Stand and run for one hour. The parties conclude 30minutes prior to NRL kick-off and guests are then shown to their seats in either the Southern Terrace or Western Terrace.

Seating Option A - Southern Terrace

The Southern Terrace is known as Parramatta Stadium's family terrace and alcohol is not available in this area. Seating is general admission and you will need to consider this when organising attendees as you may need to organise a couple of people to reserve seats for your party guests to avoid sitting separately once the party has concluded and the stadium has filled.

Seating Option B - Western Terrace

The Western Terrace is located below the Ken Thornett stand at Parramatta Stadium. The benefit of purchasing your seats in this area is that seating is fully reserved so you will be assured a seat regardless of what time you arrive.

Western Terrace $22 per adult

$18 per child (15 years and younger)

Birthday package prices and inclusions: Food and Beverages $10 per person (minimum 10 people or minimum charge of $100 will be charged) Birthday cake $25 per cake Administration Fee $50 (this is payable regardless of how many inclusions you choose) Birthday Present Provided by the Eels On-field introduction The birthday child and one adult will be invited on-field and will be given a special birthday mention prior to the NRL game. Other inclusions Sparky will come and meet the kids and depending on availability an injured player will also say hello for a short time during the party. Please be advised that there is no guarantee that players can attend. Please note: Food and Beverages and Cake purchase is not compulsory however if you choose not to include these in your package no other catering will be provided during the party.

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

- All birthday party applicants (the children who are celebrating their birthdays) must be either Season Ticket Holders, Blue and Gold Army supporters or Sparky’s JuniorEels supporters.
- Due to high demand it is essential to book your party as soon as possible (after 1 February 2009) by e-mailing seasontickets@parraeels.com.au and advising your game preference and estimated number of attendees.
- The number of parties per home game is limited therefore you may have to join a waiting list.
- Parties are not available at home games played at Telstra Stadium.
- The exact day and time of each home game is not known until approximately five (5) weeks prior.
- Once we receive notification of times for the game you have selected we will contact you and advise you of the details. At this point, if you wish to go ahead with the party we will send you a confirmation form and a non-refundable administration fee of $50.00 will be required within seven (7) days to confirm your party and secure your spot.
- Confirmation of final numbers and payment in full is required on the Monday prior to the weekend of the party date.
- For ticketing purposes these numbers should include all children and adults who will be attending on the day. Numbers per party are limited to a minimum of five (5) children and a maximum of twenty (20) children.
- Please be aware that it is your responsibility to supervise the children at all times therefore we ask you to ensure that there are enough adults attending.
- In the event of rain or bad weather no refund will be given if you decide not to attend the game.
- Food and Beverage includes mixed party pies / sausage rolls, sandwiches etc and one 600ml soft drink per person.
- Party guests are subject to all entry conditions imposed by Parramatta Stadium.
