EELS UNCHANGED FOR DRAGONS
3.55pm, Tuesday 26 August 2008

Pirtek Parramatta Eels head coach Michael Hagan has named an unchanged side ahead of Saturday’s vital NRL clash against St George-Illawarra at ANZ Stadium.

Luke Burt – who marked his return from a rib injury by scoring 14 points in the Eels last start win over the Bulldogs – has been retained on the wing with Taulima Tautai again taking the place vacated by Joel Reddy in the centres.

The remainder of the team is identical to that named to play the Bulldogs.

The ninth placed Eels play the seventh placed Dragons at ANZ Stadium on Saturday, 30 August, at 7.30pm.

The Eels are set to welcome Martin Lewis back into their Toyota Cup team to play the Dragons, the lock missing his side’s 24-20 win over the Bulldogs through concussion.

The Eels currently sit in fourth spot on the Toyota Cup ladder with 33 points, two points clear of the seventh placed Dragons.

The Toyota Cup clash kicks off at 5.15pm Saturday at ANZ Stadium.
