NRL Pass Holders
The Northern and Southern Terraces at Parramatta Stadium are general admission areas.
Holders of the 2009 NRL passes for Junior players / officials need to go directly to the turnstiles at Gate J. These passes permit access to the SOUTHERN TERRACE ONLY and there are no upgrades on NRL passes.
Holders of the 2009 NRL season passes need to go directly to the turnstiles at Gate J or Gate C. These passes permit access to the NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN TERRACES ONLY and there are no upgrades on NRL passes.
Admittance is subject to availability, and you must present your NRL pass. For games approaching a sell-out we will request that all NRL pass holders approach the Ticketek booths to show their pass in exchange for a Ticketek ticket.
For sell-out games the NRL passes will not be permitted entry.
Please be aware that the Southern Terrace is a non-alcohol area, and is commonly known as the ‘Family Hill’.
Visiting Team Season Ticket Holders
Visiting Team season ticket holders who wish to take advantage of the lower priced tickets deal will be required to redeem the offer at the Ticketek box office on gameday only.
The offer is valid for the North and South Terraces only. Adult tickets are $13.60 and concession ticket prices are $8.00. These tickets are also subject to Ticketek fees and charges.
The offer is subject to availability and there are no upgrades.
Catering
There is a number of food and beverage outlets around the venue in all seating sections offering a variety of food and beverage for patrons convenience.
Parramatta Stadium complies with the "Responsible Service of Alcohol" laws. A number of bar facilities are situated around the venue, with the Southern Terrace being an alcohol free zone.
Please remember that no alcohol, cans, or glass bottles can be brought into the Stadium.
Merchandise
You can purchase a great variety of Pirtek Parramatta Eels merchandise at the ISC outlets at Parramatta Stadium on gameday. Parra Footy Heaven is also located at the Parramatta Leagues Club that is in close proximity the Stadium.
Safety & Well Being
The Pirtek Parramatta Eels pride themselves on providing a safe family environment. Police, St Johns Ambulance and security staff are in attendance at all home games to ensure your enjoyment of the game.

Disabled Facilities
Parramatta Stadium provides a number of services for the disabled including access to toilets, game viewing areas and parking. Wheelchair areas are provided in all four terraces.
Limited Disabled parking is available within the Stadium grounds and must be booked with the Stadium (9683 5755) the Monday prior to the game.

The Family Terrace
The Southern Terrace is designated an alcohol free zone, and has traditionally been called the "Family Hill."
Smoking
Parramatta Stadium is a non smoking venue. Pass outs will be issued to those wishing to leave the Stadium to smoke. Pass outs will only be issued up until 20 minutes prior to the end of the NRL game.
Baby Changing Facilities
Each area at Parramatta Stadium provides baby-changing facilities other than the Northern and Southern Terraces. Should this service be required, Stadium staff will escort you to an appropriate facility in another area.
Prams / Strollers
Due to safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted into the Stadium’s seating bowl.
A pram ‘cloak room’ is provided adjacent to Gate F. Please see game day customer service staff for further information.
PARKING/BUS INFORMATION
Shuttle Bus Service
The Pirtek Parramatta Eels run two free shuttle bus services on game day.
The first is from Parramatta Railway Station to Parramatta Stadium, both pre and post game.
The second is from Col Sutton Park, Baulkham Hills to Parramatta Stadium, both pre and post game.
Patrons are asked to check operating times for each game from the Football Office on 8843 0300.
Train & River Cat Services
Both train and River Cat services run to and from Parramatta, and are within close proximity to Parramatta Stadium. Please check timetables with the State Transit Authority on 13 15 00.
Car Parking
There is no public parking within Parramatta Stadium. There are a number of public car parking areas in the Parramatta CBD, which are a short walk to Parramatta Stadium:

*Door to door - 3 to 4 min walk
Erby Place Car Park Facility
*800 vehicle capacity
*Entrance off Erby or Horwood Place
*Door to door - 4 to 5 min walk
Horwood Place Car Park Facility
*600 vehicle capacity
*Entrance off Horwood or Erby Place
*Door to door - 5 to 6 min walk
