NRL Pass Holders

The Northern and Southern bays at ANZ Stadium are general admission areas. Entry is via Gates B, E, K and M.

Holders of the 2009 NRL passes for Junior players / officials need to go directly to the turnstiles at Gate K.

Holders of the 2009 NRL season passes also need to go directly to the turnstiles at Gate K. There are no upgrades on NRL passes.

Admittance is subject to availability, and you must present your NRL pass.

For sell-out games the NRL passes will not be permitted entry.

Please be aware that the bays between aisles 134 and 135 is a non-alcohol area.

Visiting Team Season Ticket Holders

Visiting Team season ticket holders who wish to take advantage of the lower priced tickets deal will be required to redeem the offer at the Ticketek box office on gameday only.

The offer is valid for the North and South Terraces only. Adult tickets are $13.60 and concession ticket prices are $8.00. These tickets are also subject to Ticketek fees and charges.

Opposition team supporter areas are between Aisles 101, 102 and 103 and entry for these areas is via Gate B.

The offer is subject to availability and there are no upgrades.

Catering

There is a number of food and beverage outlets around the venue in all seating sections offering a variety of food and beverage for patrons convenience.

ANZ Stadium complies with the "Responsible Service of Alcohol" laws. A number of bar facilities are situated around the venue.

Please remember that no alcohol, cans, or glass bottles can be brought into the Stadium.

Merchandise

You can purchase a great variety of Pirtek Parramatta Eels merchandise at the ISC outlets at ANZ Stadium on gameday. Parra Footy Heaven is also located at the Parramatta Leagues Club.

Safety and Wellbeing

The Pirtek Parramatta Eels pride themselves on providing a safe family environment. Police, St Johns Ambulance and security staff are in attendance at all games to ensure your enjoyment of the game.

Please don’t hesitate to contact any member of staff if you have an issue or concern.

Wheelchair and Special Access Ticketing

If you have special seating requirements such as wheelchair access, hearing difficulties or you require companion seating please contact the Ticketek Accessible Bookings Team on 02 8736 2770.

Alternatively you can contact them online:
  • Type in the name of the event you wish to attend
  • Select 'Buying Tickets' from the drop down menu
  • Then select 'I require special access seating'

Accessible Parking

If you plan to drive, always pre-book your parking for major events. Pre-booked accessible parking costs $8 (plus booking fees). To pre-book parking, call Ticketek on 02 8736 2770 or visit www.ticketek.com.au. Remember, you must book 7 working days in advance to allow for delivery by mail.

If you have booked an accessible parking space, remember to have your RTA permit displayed.

Smoking

Smoking on the premises is only permitted in designated smoking areas and not within seating, arena floor or enclosed areas.

Prams / Strollers

Due to safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted into the Stadium’s seating bowl.

Prams and strollers may be cloaked in cloakrooms or stroller bays provided by the Stadium.

PARKING/PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATION

Shuttle Bus Service

The Pirtek Parramatta Eels run free shuttle bus services on game day.

The shuttle busses are from Prince Alfred Park in Parramatta to ANZ Stadium and will return after the game.

Patrons are asked to check operating times for each game from the Football Office on 8843 0300.

Rail Services to ANZ Stadium

CityRail operates four types of rail services to and from Sydney Olympic Park (Olympic Park Station):
  • Olympic Park Sprint operates between Lidcombe and Olympic Park Station at 20 minute intervals
  • Direct services between Central Station for Olympic Park Station (limited)
  • Direct services between Blacktown and Sydney Olympic Park Station (limited)
  • Major Event rail services

Bus Services to ANZ Stadium

Sydney Buses operates two daily fulltime bus services to and from Sydney Olympic Park to the following locations:
  • Burwood (Westfield)
  • Strathfield Station
  • Newington
  • Rydalmere
  • UWS Nepean Campus Rydalmere
  • Parramatta Station
  • Lidcombe Station
  • Homebush Bay Ferry Wharf

Sydney Buses route 525 - From Parramatta Station to Burwood Station via Olympic Park Station, Rydalmere, UWS Nepean Campus, Newington (Daily full-time service)

Sydney Buses route 401/404 - Service Lidcombe Station to Olympic Park Station via Homebush Bay Wharf, Newington (Daily full-time service)

Below are the recommended driving routes depending upon which car parking station you are heading for:

Parking Station P1
   - From North go via Victoria Road, Silverwater Road, Holker Street, then Hill Road
   - From West go via M4 Motorway or Parramatta Road, then Hill Road
   - From South go via Centenary Drive, Parramatta, then Hill Road
   - From City/East go via Parramatta Road, then Hill Road

Parking Station P3
   - From North go via Victoria Road, Church Street, Homebush Bay Drive, then Australia Ave
   - From West go via M4 Motorway, Homebush Bay Drive, then Australia Ave
   - From City/East go via Parramatta Road, M4 Motorway, Homebush Bay Drive, then Australia Ave
   - From South go via Centenary Drive, Homebush Bay Drive, then Australia Ave

Parking Station P4
   - From West go via Parramatta Road, then Birnie Ave
   - From South go via Centenary Drive, Parramatta Road, then Birnie Ave
   - From City/East go via Parramatta Road, then Birnie Ave
   - From North go via Victoria Road, Silverwater Road, Parramatta Road, then Birnie Avenue
