Congratulations and thank you for making the decision to become a Pirtek Parramatta Eels season ticket holder for the 2009 Telstra Premiership Season!

Being a season ticket holder is more than a reserved seat – it’s a great way to show your true blue (and yellow!) support for the Eels.

2009 will again see ten (10) home games played at Parramatta Stadium and two (2) played at ANZ Stadium.

Family Season Ticket Packages

Family Season Ticket packages are available for the Parramatta Stadium North and South Terraces / ANZ Stadium GA areas and are a great option for family groups*.

Family Season Ticket packages are for either one adult and three children, or two adults and two children.

Family Season Ticket Packages are just $455.00 per season!

* Seats in the Northern Terrace have restricted viewing of the big screen. Seats in the Southern Terrace have restricted viewing of the scoreboard and are in a non-alcohol area. Both terraces are general admission. Please note: as the seating areas are general admission and your actual seat is not reserved please ensure you arrive early to avoid disappointment.

RegionEels Season Ticket Packages

The RegionEels Season Ticket packages are a great option for those Pirtek Parramatta Eels supporters who live more than 100kms from Parramatta.

RegionEels Season Ticket packages entitle you to a season ticket in the Parramatta Stadium North and South Terraces / ANZ Stadium GA areas for four (4) home games throughout the season. A great way to see all the home game action from our two home venues!

Also included in your RegionEels Season Ticket package is a subscription to the Blue and Gold Army – which means you won’t miss any of the action!

Prices for the RegionEels Season Ticket package, including Blue and Gold Army subscription are:

Concession prices only apply to pensioners (aged, war, invalid or TPI) or current full time students (including ages 5-15 years, TAFE and University students). Proof of eligibility must be sent with application, otherwise the adult rate will apply. Seniors cards will not be accepted.

Current Season Ticket Holder Renewals

Current Season Ticket Holders have a preferential renewal period for their existing season tickets with the following conditions:

Renewals will be accepted between Wednesday 1 October and Friday 31 October 2008.

These will ONLY be accepted via the Parramatta Eels website at: www.parraeels.com.au (preferred option), or by mail or fax.

Please note that renewals in person will not be accepted at the Parramatta Eels office.

From 3 November 2008 those Season Tickets that have not been renewed will be released and become available for sale to existing Season Ticket Holders wishing to move or upgrade seats.

Request to move current seats

If you are a 2008 Season Ticket Holder and wish to move from your current seats, please indicate your preferred Stand and Bay on your application form. When your request has been received, your current tickets will be renewed, and will need to be paid for. This will avoid you losing those seats in the event that you are unable to move to the desired area. Requests to move will be handled following the renewal process and on a first-in-first served basis, so please send your request early to avoid disappointment.

Request to purchase additional seats near current season ticket seats

If you are a 2008 Season Ticket Holder and would like to add seats to your current amount, please indicate this on your application form. When your request has been received, your current tickets will be renewed and will need to be paid for. This will avoid you losing those seats in the event that the number of seats requested is not available in your desired area. If the extra seats are available immediately, they will be processed and confirmed with you. If seats are not immediately available your request will be dealt with after the renewals process has ended on a first-in-first served basis. We will contact you regarding the best available area for the number of seats you require.

New applicants

New Season Ticket applicants can purchase Season Tickets from Monday 24th November, 2008 with the following conditions:

New applicants should forward their application forms to the Parramatta Eels via the website, www.parraeels.com.au (preferred option), via mail or fax.

Applications will be processed on a first-in-first-served basis.

New applicants need to specify their preferred seating position on their application form. Best available seats will be allocated in the requested area.

Those wishing to view seating availability can do so via an appointment with the football office. Appointments must be made via email at: seasontickets@parraeels.com.au or via phone (02) 8843 0300.

Part Payment Options

The part payment option can only be made if you pay by credit card. If you choose to part pay for your Season Tickets, the following conditions apply:

The part payment will be split into two installments:

First Payment	On renewal or purchase	50% of total amount owing
Second Payment	Week of 27 January 2009	Remaining 50% of amount

Note: An additional fee of $10.00 will be incurred for processing costs if the credit card is declined due to insufficient funds. Season tickets will only be issued after the second and final payment has been debited.

Season Ticket Holder Terms and Conditions

• -- ANZ Stadium seating will be allocated based on similar characteristics of Parramatta Stadium seating. Due to the different sized seating bays etc some flexibility is required. Grandstand seating at Parramatta Stadium will be allocated behind the drip line at ANZ Stadium.
• -- Tickets will not be issued at the time of purchase, but will be distributed prior to the Parramatta Eels first home game of Season 2009.
• -- If you choose the part payment option, your tickets will not be issued until after the second payment has been received.
• -- The Pirtek Parramatta Eels reserve the right to change all, or any of the package details enclosed in this brochure.

• -- Seats are the property of Parramatta Stadium Trust and ANZ Stadium and are subject to availability ie, in case of redevelopment to sections of the stadium, seats may no longer be available.
