Pirtek Paramatta Eels Supporter Code of Conduct
Parramatta NRL Club prides itself on being a family friendly Club and providing an event that can be enjoyed by all.
As a valued supporter, and in the interest of public safety we ask that you agree to abide by a Code of Conduct that will ensure our supporters are considered to be the best in the NRL.
Safety is of paramount importance and we strongly request spectators not to act in a way which may put themselves or others at risk.
Anti-social behaviour causing offence to others by words or actions is unacceptable and will result in individuals being arrested or ejected from our event.
The Parramatta NRL Club Supporter Code of Conduct is as follows:
- - We will not enter the field of play, or throw any item onto the field of play;
- - We will not participate in any racist behaviour including abuse, chanting or harassment;
- - We will not use foul or abusive language;
- - We will not use anti social behavior whether it be verbal or physical;
- - We will not provoke or deliberately incite others;
- - We will greet and interact with opposing supporters in a positive manner and not abuse them in any way;
- - We will inform a security guard or police officer if we see, hear or suspect trouble or anti-social behaviour;
- - We will recognise the efforts of the players to win each game;
- - We will work with the Club to enforce the Code of Conduct at home and away games throughout the NRL season;
- - We will abide by the Conditions of Entry rules for all venues, home and away, that are separate to the Parramatta NRL Club Code of Conduct.
Parramatta NRL Club is a family club and we would request that you behave as you would expect others to behave towards you and your family.
Parramatta NRL Club works with the NRL, NSW Police Service, Security Services and other external agencies when identifying offenders, recording incidents and sanctioning any potential action taken against offenders.
Parramatta NRL Club reserves the right to revoke season tickets or casual game day tickets should any offence be committed and should a banning situation arise. No compensation for season ticket holders will be provided.
The above Code of Conduct applies to home games at Parramatta Stadium and ANZ Stadium, away games, Club functions and events and in other non football situations including but not limited to abusive phone calls to the football office and abusing staff. The Club reserves the right to terminate telephone calls immediately where supporters use abusive or offensive language.
