The Pirtek Parramatta Eels would like your help to recognise the great people who work tirelessly in your community and receive little or no recognition for the work they do.

From the nominations we receive each month we will choose one person to be named the Pirtek Parramatta Eels Community Champion Of The Month.

You can nominate volunteers from all walks of life such as coaches/officials of your local sporting club, canteen volunteers, helpers at your local school, or even community drivers who drive the elderly around. The sky is the limit!

The nominations we receive will go to a selection panel who will review the entries and choose a winner based on who they think best represents community spirit. Entries will need to be received by the 25th of each month to go into the draw and the winner will be announced on the website in the days following. Entries received after that date will go into the next months’ draw.

The monthly winner will receive the following:

1. A signed Parramatta Eels hat
2. Two tickets to a Parramatta Eels home game
3. The opportunity to attend a Parramatta Eels training session
4. Recognition on the Parramatta Eels Website

To nominate please email or post a brief outline stating why your nominee deserves to be the Pirtek Parramatta Eels Community Champion Of The Month. Make sure you include the following information:

1. Your name and contact number
2. Nominees name, contact number and postal address
3. Why you think this person deserves to be the Community Champion
4. A photo of your nominee
